As you know a poor man like me jingle alot.I went to coffeeshop, mama shop I use some like 10 5 cents but the guy refused to accept them and ask me to give notes or bigger coins.I have no more money and he scolded me there is nothing I can do.Can anyone help in future I use 5cents or 1 cents coin please

FireIce SG

how u get so many 5 cents???

SGpork SG

huh...

..

Nolvadex SG

Because I am poor and 5 cents seems to be a "made for each other".I still have a lot of 5 cents and 1 cents to spare.I use them to take bus and the bus driver was so angry that he gave me a rude stare. Is it a crime for being poor?I still have 10 kids and a wife on wheelchair in india

beavan SG

erm well one cent coins are pretty much useless now,u might be able to use them if u go to the temple to pray..then u can throw them into the wishing well and pray for more money to come ur way..no pun intended..

about 5 cents,i had that problem last time, some bugger kept giving me 5cent coins when i bought his stuff..so i just spread them out, like 2 here and 2 there..after a while everything just gets used up

ditzy SG

Well, you're allowed to use up to SGD$2.00 worth of 5 cents or 1 cent coins to make purchases. If they don't accept, and you complain, they lose. Laughing

Nolvadex SG

2 dollars? I used up to $5 of all 5 cents and 1 cents coin in bedok NTUC and the people and the cashier are staring and some are scolding me.Please to those people there I am just hungry and need to grab a bite and I have no choice but to use the coins.it's like that in singapore no money or poor people don't bother you

ditzy SG

Thats why they screwed you. Up to 2? yes. 5? Go and die. Laughing

Troy437 SG

I have been throwing all my 5 cents coins into a small piggy bank. Shd have exceeded SGD$2.00 by now. Thats means I am stuck with the 5 cents that I have.....unless I keep using 2 or 4 five cents at one time....will take along time leh......
Maybe go put into my bank account and let them deduct the applicable charges

Alternatively, you can donate to charity or someone who has 10 kids and a wife in india
