U are wrong! Nowadays, I see many female teachers dressed more
sexily in my JC ( sorry , cannot disclose which one otherwise MOE
will come after me 
). The younger they are, the lesser they wear to
show off their slim body. You should have seen the kind of bras,
panties & G-strings these chio teachers wear to schools.
Nothing can beat your imagination: low cuts, lacy, red bras,
G-strings, V-panty lines & even those with poker dots are
common. I wonder if there is a ruling for teachers on their
undergarments. Anyway, my friend & I are not complaining as we
compete with each other to see who spot the first Zhao Geng &
panty colour. Winner got to get free treat during canteen break. I
am jealous of the male teachers & wonder if they saw what we
have seen. Sometimes, I even fantalise about making out the teacher
during her class. .. but that's another story to tell next time.
