From my past experinece....
If there is no penetration, its ok. Hugging, kissing, caressing a
minor is not a crime unless it was not consented. Than its call
molest. Your friend should be fine if they did not have sex and
your friend did not force her. If the girl like "roti Prata" - turn
here turn there about the true, than hard to say. Always tell the
true and say no, you did not force her during interrogation because
you really did not do it.
