Laws on Molest favour girls too much!!!

The thing is, to prove a suspect is guilty, the court has to find him guilty beyond reasonable doubt, so..... On the other hand, yes, the law protects women...

You using a wrong reference case in your argument.....in that case the man was really wrong to have use a mirror and peep at the girl.

If you are stating that a girl happened to accidently expose herself and a guy was there and managed to get a view, but the girl turned the story ard and say that the guy was outraging her modestly, then there's something to debate and discuss Mr. Green

But I know what you are trying to hint that some women are abusing the power of the Women's Charter to gain advantage and placing men at a "always lose" position Neutral

Read the rest of the thread first. Don't always shoot your mouth off too quickly.

As it is, the law tends towards the women slightly now.
Eg. In a molest case, the accused name can be splattered all over the papers before court verdict is announced (thanks to our dear TNP no less). What if it was an accident or even pure fabrication? The poor guy's repuatation is already gone no matter what the verdict.
