Real Madrid coming to the end of a golden era

Real should quit la liga and UCLeague, they should look west >> Hollywood

No coach in Europe will dare to take on the post of team manager, not those capable and success proven one

Beckham and Owen will soon join Portsmouth or Celta Vigo >> going down

Big names and in Real.... bunch of galatico GuGus

Real Madrid seems to be on the verge of imploding under their own weight...

probably coz they have too many big stars and the whole team has no focus at all..

classic case of the whole team being lesser than the sum of its parts..

Nelstar SG

I think it's a classic case of Sir Alex Fungerson's tactic.

Remember Jaap Stam? Sell him out, he take drugs, Lazio go down.

Remember Rio Ferdinand? Leeds getting strong, buy and show financial crack. Wait for crisis to explode.

Now we have David Beckham scenario. Sell him out, no one to bribe Rebecca Loo, scandal!!!!!

i doubt so, its to early to say tat real is on the verge of collapsing. they ain’t doing well, but they are not doing tat bad! its juz tat newspapers like to blow things up.

But i kinda of feel that the real problem lies within the chairman and its board... they seem to be handling all of the transfers.. n the tactics...

If they r really that good , why dun get themselves appointed as coaches ???

Real Madrid.. might have the best players in the world.. but when they r bickering among themselves.. even the best would nt survive.. i would not say that they are goin down.. jus yet... but they are slowly sliding down...

Certain players have too much control over the team.. i.e. Raul ... once he get dropped.. there is an uproar.... what can the coach do ?
Get rid of Raul ? there is no way there would let the darling of Bernaebu to leave.. so in the end, poor Camacho has to pack his bags...

And worse... now Barca is riding high... will we see another change in fortunes between these 2 major rivals ??? jus sit back n enjoy the show !! Razz

I think David Beckham bailed Real Madrid twice this season with a 1-0 win by his free kick specials.

Owen? He did nothing!

owen82 SG

Nelstar pls update yaself Owen has scored 5 goals and more than half as a sub. Owen is the 8th top scorer in La Liga and where is Raul? Not even on the list. For your info, Beckham is in the list too.
