same thing happen to me during feb.. but they allow u to order and wait for your fone.. so no worries.

joajas SG

Starhub is such a crap!!! They send you a letter thanking you for being loyal, and offer you HPs at a low price, but when you go down to starhub shop they say no stock.

When you go check with other shops they say plenty of stock!!!

What the F**K is starhub trying to do???? Mad

arse-fan SG

Trying to make loyal customers unhappy??? Confused

BrUtUs SG

huiz SG

FireIce SG

maybe oni tt particular branch no stock?
u can ask them to ask which other branches got stock and have it reserved....so u can go and get from there

cooleo SG

U know what the f**k is telephone for? Mad

extremex SG

get so pissed of for what siah...
they mean it lor.. no stock means no stock lar
f here n there oso no use..

and, all m1 starhub and singtel if during promotion no stock, can reserve one, and once you reserve, you can buy that phone @ that price when the stock comes in, even after promotion period.

so dun make such a big fuss..

ditzy SG

You can call up the particular shop and ask if stock is available before going down. My mum always does that so her trips don't come back in vain. She calls up to check the free gifts too. Laughing

Devil1976 SG

X 2. Always ask them to call other branches to check. Or if they have a regular updated network database even better...

joajas SG

Hai~~~~

Called customer service, they say dunno. Check with all starhub shop, they say dun have. Asked when new stock comming, they say dunno. KNNBCCB

Parka SG

No use being loyal.

It is much more cost effective to switch operators frequently.

As if there are really any loyalty plans at all.

rongshao85 SG

starhub 1633 really SUCKS! cos u have to wait super long time and listen to the stupid music for ard 20 mins b4 some customer service officer attend to u.. waste of my time!

Parka SG

Something to add...

Telecompanies in Singapore don't deserve loyal customers.

rongshao85 SG

STRONGLY AGREED! Evil or Very Mad
