kops21 SG There are runners everywhere in very corners of Singapore Is it me that keep noticing them or i just couldn't bother previously... For the last few weeks i keep seeing runners everywhere on the roads/parks/stadiums from Tuas to Changi from early wee of the morning till late night around 11pm..... What happens? Is it school holiday? Or everybody preparing for the upcoming Standard Chartered Marathon 2004? Or why there is a increase interest to run/jog?
kops21 SG I think i saw a Croco swims across at Woodlands Check Point and got caught for illegal entry by the security cameras....Croco pick up his tail and starts running....
ceecookie SG hey i know this , my cousin's husband also participarting and he is training now. 22km for first part and 42 km for 2nd part. Siao man, how to run that far?
kops21 SG Did you mention the word Siao? What is the thingie about first part and 2nd part..? Slow down the pace and you will go far....
ceecookie SG If i remember correctly he said that there is 2 part, one is 22km while the other part is 42 km, not sure whether he is correct, anyway 42km is far too much leh.
kops21 SG I get what you mean...actually there are 3 parts. Users can choose to run 10km/21km/42km for the coming Marathon.
01024G SG I can walk 10km, cannot run. Even walking make my knees hurt, maybe because of wrong shoe, I wore my white school shoe for the New Paper Big Walk last year.
