A moderator shouldn't show too much vulgar display of power rite?
If not, how to address the entire forummers!!
Below demonstrates one of the tasks of a forum moderator:
Social tasks: Learning, especially in forums, is a social process.
The moderator must ensure that the social climate of the forum
promotes participation and exchange. Problems to be combated
include "flames", temper tantrums, inappropriate posts, and fear of
ridicule and embarrassment.
In conclusion, a moderator shouldn't be involved in any temper
tantrums, instead she should combat them. One of his/her duties is
to combat "flames" but yet she creates many, if not, at least one
in almost all the threads that forum bros create.
Sigh....... We have a half-fxxk standard moderator here........
