Hi, I am a new member in sgforums though I have been reading
sgforums for quite a period of time.
I must say that I do enjoy some of the topics posted here, though
some are so lame, it gets painful to read.
FireIce more often than not has witty replies that enliven the
forums even if she does not contribute positively to the thread.
kudos to you gal.
As for someone and ben, please do not get offended by things that
are out of your control. There are other forums that suit you
better perhaps? I used to be a regular contributor at
channelnewsasia.com forums but have stopped for sometime. There,
the moderators are very strict and some of the topics are very
serious and intense. Of course there are differing opinions but
flaming and personal attacks are not allowed. Perhaps you guys can
go there, where the mod is not too vocal?
As for bar forum, correct me if i'm wrong, but it said adult forum,
not sex forum. There is nothing wrong with discussing sex as we are
all supposed to be matured adults, but there is so much more to
being an adult than sex. Maybe we can start a thread to explore
this possiblity for those that have shown in this thread that they
need guidance and supervision?
FI, it is normal for those who are in the open or in authority to
be attacked by those who are not, like terrorists attacking
governments. I'm sure you should be used to it by now.
Finally, it there is no value in hiding behind a nick, using the
computer to conduct flaming attacks on others, going as far as to
start a thread. I would respect you more if you could either
conduct a dialogue rather than just trying to rebutt everything
others say. If you want to do personal attacks, then make it in
person.
