coz he plucked the wrong direction... usually when 1 pluck the eyebrow in the wrong direction will cause alot of pain n redness... and if it happens many times the eyebrow wun grow again. Its the same theory as plucking pubic hair.. if plucked wrong direction I will tear but if correct direction I can pluck many at a time and it wun hurt... and the job can be done in juz 10mins Wink
