Not sure. They do teach about such in schools, but I don't really
know what they teach?
Be MORE OPEN and INTERACTIVE. Don't give stupid laws or
restrictions. Can encourage alternatives like pettings and such...
But also teach them how to control it.

No. Haha... This is REALLY A JOKE... Except for some more secluded
places, you should really see how OPEN they're getting in terms of
a general population... And things have been going on in China...

Quite likely to an extent at least. Trends easily affect one
another. USA have always hold its influence GLOBALLY... Singapore
is not an exceptional, not to mention more of into it.
