Was studying back in Pennsylvania few years back and I attended
this house party at one of my friend's house. I got pretty drunk on
his concouted Long Island and somehow after the party, I pulled
myself into the driver's seat of another friend's car (he was also
semi-conscious) and I volunteered to drive back to the dorm. Barely
5 mins into the drive, I drove his chevy up the sidewalk and
crashed it into a streetlamp. The sheriff came later and had both
of us apprehended. The Chief had wanted to charge me for D.U.I
(driving under influence), but miraculously, he let the both of us
go scot free after a nite in the cell.
