Since he's already 16, I think u can warn him of the
consequences of molest. If he doesn't heed, u can talk 2 his
parents about the incidents. If his parents don't believe, then I
would suggest that u resign as u don't feel safe with him.
I seriously don't think u should tolerate all this.
