Have no problems with it. But it's a touchy subject for most
people because they recognize the long term implications. For
example, I think they should be allowed to get married and have
kids, whether it is through artificial insemination or adoption.
But then, children will definitely be affected by the dynamics of a
single-sex marriage - which could be good or bad. This has
repercussions on society in the long run.
I feel that it's a small miracle when two people like each other
enough to want to be in a commited relationship. Why dictate gender
as criteria for such a union? At the end of the day, people just
want to be happy.
