I was thinking... if this is for real, shouldn't you be
complaining this to your parents instead of us? Shouldn't you be
reporting to the police or seek a councilor for advice? This
suddenly doesn't makes sense.
If you think this is funny, please stop now. "Internet police" are
on prowl nowadays and they can track you down easily. Your brother
will be in held in question if they find him, whether he commit it
or not.
If this really happened, I suggest the above actions to be taken
