well this actually doesn't come as a shock to me.
in fact, i know of a dude who, back in his army days, had to wear
pads, for a simple reason.
He had some piles problem, which caused him to bleed from the anus,
and that could occur anytime of the day, so he had a pad there to
prevent soiling his pants, and to make sitting down less
painful.
