think the one you saw is the harman kardon (pardon me if wrongly
spelt) one right. personally, i feel that this set is not worth it
as much of the money you pay goes to the extraordinary design. it's
sound is not the best also.
also, don't buy speakers from challenger. it's still more expensive
even if you have the membership card. go SLS.
2 of the most popular brands of speakers in sg are creative and
altec lansing. the latter is one of the more popular brands in the
states. i know a pair of good altec lansing speakers ATP3 (2.1)
that's really value for money. it cost only 83 bucks at SLS but you
have to place the speakers on wooden surface for best effect as the
speakers are downward firing.
i'm not really an acoustic person so that's all i could say. webby
like hardwarezone shd be useful. in any case, bar seems like an
