Seriously..... i think the only way to get it out is erm.... ya
is to insert ur fingers and try push it out.... though gross n
bloody. 
.. but got no choice if
string break.... the most have to hands properly n under the nails
too loh...... if still cant get out..... go normal GP enough, dun
need hospital.... then have a virgina clamp to take it out....
