Great place to be.... was there a couple of years ago.
Don't miss the Space Needle... a prominent landmark in
Seattle.
Bring raincoats and umbrellas. Rains for three quarter of the time.
More Starbucks than McDonalds.... superb coffee.
Got time go sightseeing at Mt Rainier, a dormant volcano. Go to the
(can't remember the name!) fish market - see salmon fly pass you
when the fishmongers toss em to be pack. The motivational book
about Fish (again can't remember the title) was based on this
market.
Check out the wharf/jetty area, take a ferry over the various
lakes. Don't do the tourist ferry, expensive. Local ferries are
cheap and good.
