it depends on Hotels and their manager on duty.
some hotels esp the more repudatable ones impose restriction to age
limit esp those below 18.
while those shabby looking ones or less well know accept just abt
anyone willing to pay. Oh ya, they tend to give you the creeps
too.
Anyway, I think it depends on ya luck if you are below 18 cause
some managers are known to turn away "couples" below 18.
