1.Receipt !
2.Plus number plate
3.Best with driver's name
4.driver features , like mole on left cheeks , curly hair ,
coloured hair etc....or horse-face driver !!
If you're taking a "Comfort" , it's the best , 'cos the receipt is
computer generated , a receipt is good enough for the complaints
!
If you're taking a CityCab or Tibs , they're the "hand-written"
type , so , make sure the receipt provided the correct info !
It's not good enough to lodge a complaint to CityCab just by
knowing "it's a CityCab ! " The enforcements dept. need more info
to "catch" the driver ! There's 7000 CityCabs on the road , 24 hrs
everyday !!
Remember , a receipt might be just a piece of paper , but in time
when trouble is concern , it's not just a piece of paper !
