About a building of people during hard times in France [i
think].
The butcher puts out a notice for a new tenant.. then a few days
later that tenant disappears... And the butcher puts out another..
and it happens again... You know why? He slaughters his tenants for
food because they were kinda short of meat in those times..
It's about how a clown comes to be his new tenant, and how a lady
in the building tries to save him from being slaughtered.. aiyah I
am not good at telling stories
