The potential of being able to take legal action is already
undesirable ! U say people will not take the trouble to report
police right, but wat if tat friend is a Sister in a church or
someone who cannot stand such a thing and wanna sue u irregardless
of the trouble ?
Note tis law is in penal code NOT woman charter. Tat means girl is
EQUALLY guilty as guy. Lets say the story of the policeman twist
tis way. There is a couple who had done a lot of things, anal oral,
u name it they done it. The girl is a policewoman and one day break
up with the guy. The guy cannot take it and report to police.
Wat will happened ? In the end, the girl will get the same sentence
as the cop in the newspaper. U think tis law is still fair ?

sodomising and oral sex even with consent.
It just like illegal betting, where u make calls and place bets

And in your last case... SAF 2nd rule... u can do anything but u
don't get caught. U can go and murder and rape anyone u want, u r
guilty in the eye of the law, as long as u r not caught so wat??
In illegal betting... if they do get caught they may end up with
