Usually, if its a company sponsored course, its safe to assume
that you are at least required to work for the company for 1 year
after completing the course.
However, since its the company who have choosen to ask u to leave,
then i believe you have no more obligation morally or legally to
fufill the contract.
Furthermore, there are no T&C, hence there is only moral and
ethical obligations which can be safely ignored. Try to ensure you
get all your backlog pay first before reporting him to the police
for harrasment and the MOM if he try to not pay you.
