There have been quite a number of cases of people who are charged with molest or rape even if it was consented sex by the mildly retarded person. What are your views?

Please don't misunderstand that these retarded persons looked ugly or are like down syndrome persons. They look as normal as anyone on the streets if not prettier or handsome. (of course some look ugly lah, still people also want) They are just much slower in their thought process.
