Well, for erect, just the thought and her nearness can make it
erect. 
As for ejecting, it depends. If too long never ejaculate, then it
will come rather fast. If do it maybe at least once a day, or maybe
even twice, then it will definitely take longer. Of course, there
are also exceptions, like when we are super aroused...
