Dear XXXX,
Thank you for your email dated 13 July 2003 for pointing out our
staff from Ang Mo Kio branch for shouting and using vulgarity
language towards another staff. This has caused us a great deal of
concern and we are glad that you brought this matter to our
notice.
Without much delay, this matter was investigated and warning was
issued to the shop-in-charge (Ms Jennifer See) to cease using the
vulgarity language and not to raise of her voice towards another
staff especially in the selling floor. This vulgarism has caused
much embarassment and humiliation not only to herself but also to
our Company's image. Such ignorant act is definitely intolerable in
our Company, but neverthless, with your kind concern, we hope that
she could learn well from this incident and be more cautious with
her speech in the near future.
Please accept our apologies for the unpleasant encounter happened
in our store at Ang Mo Kio and hope that this incident might not
turn you away from patronising Baleno.
Once again, thank you.
Yours sincerely
Joanne
c.c. Mr Adrian Teo (District Manager) & Ms Jennifer See (Baleno
Ang Mo Kio Shop-in-charge)
