The couple doesn't look like locals (Singaporeans or
Malaysians).
The car is RH drive, so that rules out Japan, Korea and
Taiwan.
Can anyone recognize the brand of Beer or the box of tissues? That
might give us some clues. Notice that the couple have a box of
tissues handy... surely they they do not want to spray all over the
car. 
I wonder how did the photography take the photo with flash and yet
no reflection off the windscreen. Is this a posed shot or really
someone caught in the act.
