Hmm, for shell the best deal would be for UOB credit cards as
there's an additional 5% smart rebate and you can use the rebate
gained on your current top up to offset your next fuel top up.
For SPC, I guess it would be POSB everyday card? Not too sure about
this one though - never used SPC before..
