Use protection next time for god sake, if not don't do. Prove me
wrong: I doubt you both would get married ten years down the road
and live happily ever after - but definitely you both did killed a
soul in the process -creating bad karmic ties with your unborned
child and ill karma for yourself. 
Anyway, if possible, always go to private clinic/hospital to do it
(though more expensive), but at least the records kept are more
confidential. (In case, next time either one of you got real famous
and such scandal would be more secured)
