Yunhaier SG Far east there is this shop - sell videos to teach you how to break dance from very beginning to advanced kind of thing. Separated into volumes 1, 2, 3, etc. If interested you can go check it out. But you if you want to learn break - I think its better if you learn hiphop first - it would be slightly easier to switch than a total newbie.
