If I get a second hand car for $9000 now, with COE covered until
2011 and roadtax til the end of this year. Do you think its worth
it? Was thinking of getting maybe a Honda Civic ESI from
SgCarMart.
After I get my license that is, probably before the end of this
year or early next year. Anyone?
You do know that the ESI is a very old model, and might not be
as reliable? Do you have the money to pay for the insurance premium
as you are a new driver? Have you set aside money for repairs as
the car might crop up maintanence and reliability problems?. You
just pass your driving license, are you sure u want to drive a car
that does not have ABS, EBD, airbag? Are you sure you can handle
the car? We don't want a repeat of the Jerlyn incident ya know.
Anyway Temasek Poly got parking space meh? the few times i go
there the carpark always seem to be full. Don't know whether is the
lecturers very rich all can afford cars or the students that are
rich.
