recommended dishes at Teppan Bar Q include the vinegared octopus ($6), assorted oden
($15) and natto with yam ($5).
Teppan Bar Q also offers hotpots for two people to
enjoy a meal together. The Hakata Gyoza Pot
($28.90 per pax, minimum two pax) comes served
with Hakata boiled gyoza, cabbage, tofu, garlic slices and vegetables.
The broth packed with collagen is boiled for

Good news for East-dwellers! There is a newly
opened teppanyaki restaurant along East
Coast Road called Tokaikan Japanese Restaurant.
The restaurant offers a weekday lunch special (Tues –
Fri) at $12.90+, where you get to choose
from a selection of chicken, beef or pork to have
cooked teppanyaki-style.
Besides teppanyaki, Tokaikan has
a second level that is available as an event space, catering to a
maximum of 30 pax. Did someone say office party?

Located in Pan Pacific Hotel, Keyaki Japanese
Restaurant offers an extensive menu consisting of a mix of set
courses and a la carte dishes. Find
a variety of omakase, kaiseki,
teppanyaki, sashimi, appetisers, grilled dishes, sushi
and fried dishes.
The Teppanyaki Prix Five is
a selection of five set courses starting from $140. Each set comes with an amuse

a Kopitiam at 313 Somerset.
Sit by the counter top and you get to watch the chefs
