Hello All,
I have invested in Singapore commercial properties up until
recently. The introduction of TDSR is credible by the
government to reduce property market speculation.
However, TDSR policy has restricted me from contiuing to invest
in commercial properties in Singapore although I have come across
decent investment opportunities.
I am looking for investors to invest together in these
properties in Singapore. In Singapore, I believe the strong
and clear legal structure would help investors to create strong
legal documents to protect investors involved.
