It is to apply for under eye circles / puffiness etc. I forgot
what brand it was. These are what I remembered: it has a sliver cap
(maybe metal) . White back group w blue wordings. Most likely a
korean/ Asian brand... The gel comes out transparent.
Hopefully what I've described is accurate, I can't seem to find
this product any where. Thanks all in advance
