As long as it's in the interest of the blogger to promote the
food, we will never get truly objective reviews, I guess. Sigh.
Wonder if this can be regulated; force all restaurants to have
mandatory tastings, organize all the bloggers into a 'tasting'
committee, and do surprise drop-in's so that the restaurant cannot
prepare beforehand.
Oh, and, pay them a fixed sum per tasting, and not leave it to
the restaurant to decide.
