That is nice sure, but not the taste I wanted.
I prefer the blackball taste. Actually not just blackball, in
sharetea, koi and gong cha, I realised their grass jelly taste
different from those you buy at NTUC or soya bean stalls. Really
loved that flavor, so I wanna recreate it.
I've tried buying grass jelly, blend it, and simmered it till it
becomes liquid. But the taste is not there, despite adding sugar
and stuff :(
