Can someone tell me where to buy pork neck meat in Singapore? The part that has marble fat on it... Tq

any butcher in the wet market should be able to offer that to you rite??

The Boston butt shoulder area has the most amount of marbling.

Neck area meat more for grinding.

You can try the high end butchers like Hubert's, wet markets sell mainly malaysian pigs, which are not so fat enough to get any marbling.
