My car was knocked by a Malaysian Container truck. I have thus
make a police report, went to idac and make a report.
Since it is no fault of mine (he bang my back). I have wanted to
claim him. idac says that if that is the case, I will have to
repair and pay up the repair myself until investigation is over.
(which is a very long time and the outcome unknown since it is a
Malaysian plate.)
idac had recommend me to make a claim on my own insurance and
thus I have to suffer a loss to my NCD from 50% to 30% for the next
2 years. They will investigate and reinstate the NCD if it is not
my fault (but it will take a long time and the outcome unknown).
Should I claim my insurance?
I have also comtemplate to sent it to repair myself so it will
not affect my NCD. Do you think it is a good idea?
