i think organic food has more benefits than just being healthy, it's also better for the environment because they don't use pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers, which disrupt the ecosystem and contaminate groundwater. . .

my take was organic or non organic are the same

yes organic food have no chemical but they also tend to have worms and insects grow in it easily. they were also rot easily. so u think rotten food more healthy?

non organic food have chemical but if the amount use is acceptable then it is still ok to consume. who say it is not healthy?
