Recently bought some alcohol from DFS.
For drinks like Bailey's Irish Cream, Kahlua, how should I store
it? I know that for alcohols like Vodka, it's not going to go off
with such a high alcohol percentage to kill any nasty bacteria that
gets in, but I'm worried about the Bailey's, will the cream go off?
The instructions say store at 0-25 C, so it seems like sg is a
little too warm to keep at room temperature...
