Peanut Butter from neighbourhood bakery
St Dalfour Jam ( blackcurrent, orange cut or mix berries)
For "exotic" spread, I usually make these two myself ;
peanut butter with chopped banana &
mash avacado with cream cheese
My favourites are thick butter with jam on plain bread or
peanut butter on rasin bread.
st dalfour is good....high fruit content, but sometimes taste
not as nice as some other (less natural) brands.....especially the
balance of sweetness for me.
sometimes i put slice banana then cheese on top....then
grill.
