I am looking for reccomendations of high end restaurants that have good vegeterian or fish (but not seafood) options .... particularly Thai, Malay or vietnamese food

There are different types of vegetarian... which type specifically?

for me it means - no meat or chicken ..... fish is ok if it is not seafood (ie prawns, shellfish etc)
