There is only one known supplier of those soft serve machines in
singapore. So if it breaks down, it takes like forever to get it
up, coz you'll never get tech support.
Its also the reason why morale on a drilling rig falls when that
machine breaks down too.
People are fine with billion dollar machines having downtime on a
$600000 a day drilling rig, but not on the soft serve machine, it
just screws their mood up.
