For cheap, filling and satisfying chicken rice, I recommend the
one beside Simei MRT, Block 248. (The coffee shop nearer to the the
centre of the block) Selling at $2.30, free soup for dine-in.
Few years back they were still selling at $2. First ate
there in 1999. The queue there is still long during lunch.
Recommended! :P
If you are looking for cheapest, there's one at Tampines St 81
coffee shop, selling at $1.30, small serving, and doesn't taste
fantastic. Not recommended.
