~Owl~ SG Hi All, I was looking through the web for meatball receipies and I noticed that most of them includes breadcrumbs and milk. Can anyone explain the purpose of including those 2 ingredients because they seem rather irrelavent to making meatballs. Thanks!
ditzy SG It acts abit like a filler, but its sole purpose is a moisture retainer. Otherwise, 80% of the time, the meatballs will turn out like hard lumps.
