prices of dumpling varies from place to place lol. was at sheng siong before dumpling day they are selling $1.30 but dunno what flavour. I take a look at their overall prices, not that expensive compared to other places.

don't know exactly where but my dad will always buy from once of those lanes i think somewhere near owen road or something...i thought there are plenty of bak changs along katong area too just ahead of the laksa stalls...
