That chinese restaurant located on the 4th floor of harbourfront lor. Dragon gate or something, lunchtime is under 20 bucks. But its really crap. So crap I don't even want to describe it.

Check out those nice ones. Can give the cheap cheap one at Miramar Hotel a miss. Their dim sum tastes worse than any other places. Some market, food centre or food court dim sum taste better.
