me not a kueh fan. but i like:
i like soon kueh, kueh lapis (malaysia de),
and a kueh dats in purple color, inside got rice and peanut de.
triangle shape. about the size of an usual palm. dip with black
sauce. can fried it also. whats dat called ar? very long nv eat
liao.
Is i pink? Should be peng kueh. The outside got a lot of
"pattern" one ah. 
I like sun kueh, peng kueh, ang gu kueh, chwee kueh. =D
