I know that one, the one that has good hand brand groundnuts
scattered all over its cashier counter. Its not the best in
chinatown, it was only popular when the hawker centre had to close
down for renovation, so people only had the choice to go outram or
go there.
Since the hawker centre has reopened, the best one has returned
back to its original position, facing a whole line of stalls
selling the fish head with hot sauce. They sell out fast, and they
don't close at nine, because they sell out fast.
